Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear, fair billing terms for your Conkr subscription.

Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the services repaired or replaced if the services fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Free Trial

We offer a 30-day free trial on all paid plans. No credit card is required to start your trial.

  • Full access to all features during the trial period
  • No charges during the trial
  • Trial converts to paid subscription only if you explicitly choose a plan and enter payment details
  • If you don't subscribe, your trial account will be suspended after 30 days

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Conkr subscription at any time. Here's how cancellation works:

How to Cancel

  • Log into your Conkr account
  • Go to Settings → Billing
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

What Happens When You Cancel

  • You retain full access until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused time in the current billing period
  • Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
  • After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted
  • You can reactivate your account within 30 days by resubscribing

Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

We do not provide refunds for monthly subscriptions. If you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for any unused portion of the month.

Annual Subscriptions

If you purchased an annual plan, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund request must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • You have not substantially used the service (defined as less than 30 days of active usage)
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

After 30 Days

Refund requests for annual plans made more than 30 days after purchase will not be honored, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations occur. We may consider refunds outside our standard policy in cases such as:

  • Extended service outages caused by our infrastructure (not third parties)
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized charges
  • Death or permanent disability of the account holder

Failed Payments

If a payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.):

  • We'll notify you immediately via email
  • We'll retry the payment automatically after 3 days
  • After 3 failed attempts, your account will be suspended
  • You have 30 days to update payment and restore access
  • After 30 days, your account will be permanently deleted

Price Changes

We may change our pricing from time to time. If we increase prices:

  • We'll notify you at least 30 days in advance via email
  • Price changes take effect at your next billing cycle
  • Your current billing period is locked at the current rate
  • If you don't agree with the new price, you can cancel before the change takes effect
